Popular crypto poker site and casino CoinPoker has added another feather to its bow, in what may be a world first for the industry – poker prediction markets.
The new product is part of the downloadable CoinPoker client’s sportsbook lobby, where players bet with Tether (USDT), equivalent to US dollars. Deposits in EUR / GBP or in other cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB, POL or USDC are automatically converted.
While still early in development, it appears to take inspiration from the largest online prediction market Polymarket – which has no poker betting options at the time of writing, despite being the #1 ranked app at points on the App Store and generating over $10 billion in trading volume since its launch.
CoinPoker is currently running a promotion on X to gather feedback and pick the best ideas from its community for its unique poker prediction markets.
The Next Polymarket?
In true ‘bet on anything’ style, CoinPoker’s first betting markets revolve around who will win high stakes poker battles, at heads up No Limit Hold’em and Pot Limit Omaha.
They’re currently nestled between Aussie Rules, Eurovision betting, Darts, Cricket and all the other sports betting options you’d expect.
CoinPoker accepts worldwide players, and has attracted some of the world’s best online poker players, including PLO crusher Laszlo ‘Omaha4rollz’ Bujtas, and LLinusLLove – Linus Loeliger is considered among the best in the business at NLHE heads up.

Weekly Betting Window: Monday – Friday Midnight
Each week, the action officially kicks off at 09:00 on Monday and runs until the final hands are dealt by Friday at midnight, UK time.
Place your bets anytime during the week and sweat the best heads-up battles in the game. Once the market closes, all bets are locked and cannot be modified.
You Know the Players – Now Back Your Reads
