H100 Group Expands Bitcoin Treasury With 102 Bitcoin Purchase Bringing Total to 911 Bitcoin

H100 Group, a Swedish health technology company, has acquired an additional 102.19 Bitcoin as part of its treasury strategy.

The purchase was made at an average price of approximately $120,542 per coin, or SEK 1,158,467, with a total investment of about SEK 118.4 million.

The acquisition was partly funded through proceeds from the company’s convertible loan agreements.

Following this transaction, H100’s total Bitcoin holdings stand at 911.29 Bitcoin.

The company has continued to build its position in Bitcoin while operating in the health and longevity sector, where it develops AI-powered automation, digital growth platforms, and integrated health solutions designed to improve efficiency and support healthier lifespans.

H100’s Bitcoin strategy has also received backing from Adam Back, CEO of Blockstream and an early Bitcoin contributor, whose view of Bitcoin as digital gold aligns with the company’s direction.

H100 is listed on NGM Nordic SME and pursues growth through a combination of organic development and acquisitions of companies within its ecosystem.

Its approach to incorporating Bitcoin into its balance sheet reflects a strategy increasingly adopted by public firms using Bitcoin as a reserve asset.
