Strategy Inc. disclosed a new Bitcoin purchase in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, reporting that it acquired additional Bitcoin during the final full week of December 2025.

According to a Form 8-K filed on December 29th, Strategy purchased 1,229 Bitcoin between December 22nd and December 28th for an aggregate cost of approximately $108.8 million, inclusive of fees and expenses.
The company reported an average purchase price of $88,568 per Bitcoin. The acquisition was funded through proceeds from the company’s at-the-market (ATM) common stock offering program.
Following the transaction, Strategy’s total Bitcoin holdings increased to 672,497 Bitcoin.
The company disclosed that its cumulative Bitcoin purchases now total approximately $50.44 billion, representing an average acquisition cost of $74,997 per Bitcoin.
The SEC filing also detailed activity under Strategy’s ATM programs during the same period. The company sold 663,450 shares of its Class A common stock, generating net proceeds of $108.8 million.
No preferred stock issuances were recorded during the week, despite multiple authorized preferred share programs remaining available for future issuance.
In the prior week, Strategy reported increasing its U.S. dollar liquidity but did not execute any Bitcoin purchases during that period. The latest acquisition marks a resumption of Bitcoin buying activity following that pause.
