Cronos and Shiba Inu: crypto news and bull run coin prices

How are the two crypto projects behind the Cronos (CRO) and Shiba Inu (SHIB) coin doing? Here is a little mirror with a description of the price trend.

Cronos and Shiba Inu: What is the price trend of the CRO and SHIB coins?

Looking at the price charts for the last seven days provided by CoinMarketCap, it is interesting to note that both the Cronos (CRO) and Shiba Inu (SHIB) coins are bullish, albeit in different ways.

Indeed, while SHIB has only seen an 8% increase in price over the past week, CRO appears to have risen by 32%.

At the time of writing, the second most important memecoin in the crypto market, SHIB, is worth 0.000008266, with a total market cap of $4.87 billion.

CRO, on the other hand, with ‘only’ a market cap of $2.03 billion, is worth $0.08, up from $0.06 last week.

However, SHIB is in 18th place in the crypto rankings, while Crypto.com’s crypto exchange-backed coin, CRO, is in 29th place.

Cronos and Shiba Inu: what is the crypto news from the projects behind the two coins?

To understand if Cronos’ substantial pump is justified by some news of the project behind the coin, just take a look at the official account on X.

A few hours ago, Cronos reminded its 238,000 followers that it is only 2 years old and celebrates its anniversary today.

Not only that, but this week the crypto project also highlighted that registrations for the Cronos Accelerator Programme are about to close.

The three-month programme offers selected projects accelerated support in their early stages, as well as 12 weeks of workshops and mentorship, and $100 million in funding.

Meanwhile, Shiba Inu yesterday launched a new weekly magazine dedicated to the world of fintech: Shib Magazine.

Interview with Cronos Labs CEO about the project

Last September, TheCryptonomist interviewed Ken Timsit, CEO of Cronos Labs, about the $100 million accelerator programme for Web3 startups.

In the interview, Timsit described Cronos as the leading EVM-compliant layer 1 blockchain network, built on the Cosmos SDK and supported by Crypto.com, Crypto.org and over 500 app developers and partners.

In addition, the project CEO behind CRO also stated that Cronos’ mission is to make the Web3 experience easy and secure for the next billion crypto users, with a focus on the DeFi and GameFi use cases.

Cronos’ vision is a multi-chain world, in line with the Cosmos ecosystem vision that promotes self-sovereignty.

Timsit also pointed out that Cronos occupies a top 10 position among all chains and is adopted by over 1 million users. The chain is powered by CRO, which supports a larger ecosystem of more than 80 million users worldwide.
