Adding to the ATS license, ARQ Securities also announced the launch of Liquidity.io, a cutting-edge platform created to offer institutions and accredited inventors access to private assets. Notably, the Liquidity.io platform launched after nearly three years of development and commitment by the ARQ Securities team. The team reportedly worked tirelessly to ensure the platform complies with all regulations and provides its users with the best trading experience. Currently live, the platform will bridge ARQ Securities’ Liquidity Transfer Agency transactions to public blockchains like Polygon, Solana, and Avalanche in the coming days.
Commenting on the approval and the launch, Eric Choi, CEO of ARQ Securities, stated:
“The approving our digital ATS license is a monumental step forward in our mission to transform the private markets. We are going to set a new standard for efficiency and liquidity in credit and private stock. We’re excited to launch with over a billion dollars in Letters of Intent from key industry players and look forward to growing our pipeline of assets in 2025.”
According to the team, Liquidity.io will focus on two key asset classes: private stock and private credit. The platform seeks to reduce operational complexity by documenting processes and automating trade and settlement processes.
