Black Rock, CEO of Tether, B3, and Binance at the Blockchain Conference Brazil

Black Rock, CEO of Tether, B3, and Binance at the Blockchain Conference Brazil

Representatives from Visa, B3, Binance, Truther, and Tools For Humanity are among the speakers who have already confirmed their presence at the 2025 edition of the Blockchain Conference Brasil (BCB).

On November 28 and 29, São Paulo will host the largest gathering between public authorities, the crypto industry, developers, and enthusiasts of the new global economic model.

Among the prominent names at the conference is Paolo Ardoino, CEO of Tether. A crypto company with a market capitalization of $183 billion, according to Coinmarketcap. This means that Tether’s financial “size” is already equivalent to that of large corporations — highlighting the significant impact stablecoins already have in the financial/crypto system.

It is worth noting that Tether is not a publicly traded company, and the largest public companies in the world have a market cap between $200 billion and $300 billion.

According to Bloomberg, the issuer of the world’s largest stablecoin is valued at $500 billion, after seeking to raise $15 to $20 billion. This valuation surpasses the combined worth of national giants such as Petrobras, Itaú, Vale, BTG Pactual, Ambev, and Banco do Brasil.

It is in this context that Ardoino will arrive at the end of this month at the Blockchain Conference Brazil.

Black Rock to Address Digital Asset Allocation in the Era of Tokenization

Another prominent name in the TradeFi industry on stage is Cristiano Castro. The economist, who has worked at BNP Paribas, Goldman Sachs Asset Management, Itaú Unibanco Asset Management, Citibank, and Ambev, is responsible at Black Rock for the teams managing relationships with Wealth Management and Institutional clients.

The Business Development Director at BlackRock in Brazil will address “Digital asset allocation: reshaping the financial system and investment portfolios”

BlackRock is the largest asset manager in the world, and recently the CEO in Brazil, Bruno Barino, stated that “investment in cryptocurrencies is a reality and it makes no sense to shy away from it.” The company manages trillions in assets for millions of clients around the world, including in Brazil.

B3’s 2025 Annual ETF Report Highlights a New Era of Innovation and Investor Maturity

This Thursday, (13) B3 released the 2025 Annual ETF Report. An overview that reveals the profound transformation of the index fund market in the country.

According to the Brazilian stock exchange, the industry has surpassed the R$ 75 billion mark in consolidated assets and has over 850,000 investors with holdings in custody, of which 81% are individual investors.

The report, which analyzes the sector’s evolution since the launch of the country’s first ETF in 2004, concludes that Brazil has entered a new phase, transitioning from “democratization” of access to “affordable sophistication,” highlighting the record in product innovation in 2025.

Today, B3 offers 19 products related to crypto assets, including ETFs and ETF BDRs, which track indices of Bitcoin, Ether, and other currencies. The first of these was HASH11, launched in April 2021. The total net asset value of the crypto funds and crypto ETFs on B3 in April 2025 was approximately R$ 13.7 billion.

During the panel: ETFs and crypto funds as the engine of institutional adoption, Felipe Gonçaves from B3 shares the stage with Samir Kerbage, Global CIO of Hashdex, and Fernando Carvalho, CEO of QR Capital.

Binance Research highlights the advancement of payment tokens and the growth of privacy coins.

The new report from Binance Research, released this Tuesday (11), highlighted three trends in the crypto industry in November 2025. Strong adoption of the x402 payment protocol, significant growth of privacy coins — with Zcash surpassing Monero — and the challenges of AI trading models, which primarily failed due to poor risk management.

The report also indicates that the market fell by 6.1% in October, despite the increase in Bitcoin dominance and institutional interest in Ethereum. Even after a historic sell-off, leverage rose again and there was no sign of panic among professional investors.

According to the research team of the world’s largest centralized crypto exchange, “the study shows how these movements are shaping the global crypto market.”

Guilherme Nazar, regional vice president of Binance for Latin America, will be on the main stage at BCB to discuss the current importance of the crypto industry in the global economy.

Truther and Tools for Humany discuss the importance of boosting the crypto community

Rocelo Lopes, involved in crypto since 2013 and one of the pioneering minds in Brazil and worldwide, is the master sponsor of the conference, explaining the reason for supporting the BCB.

“Conferences like this can bring people to learn and understand more, to know who the people in the ecosystem are, who the companies in the sector are. It is important that the quality and quantity of content generated in a space like this tends to increasingly help the market.”

Another significant name in the evolution of the crypto industry in Brazil, which, besides being a participant, is also a sponsor, is Tools for Humanity. Juliana Felippe, the general director of TFH in Brazil, will address issues related to privacy and the importance and future of digital wallets, such as discussing matters linked to digital credential solutions like World ID, which add a layer of online security while maintaining data privacy…

“It is a great pleasure for Tools for Humanity to sponsor the Blockchain Conference Brazil. We believe that blockchain-based solutions have the power to bring more security, innovation, and trust to the internet, especially for the World protocol. Brazil is one of the major technology hubs, and therefore, it makes perfect sense for us to be here, exchanging ideas with partners who also believe in this ecosystem of innovation. We are proud to be part of such an important movement to build digital trust in the era of artificial intelligence,”

states the general director of Tools for Humanity in Brazil;

We believe that Brazil has the potential to lead the next wave of crypto adoption. The BCB acts as a showcase and catalyst: we connect local innovation with global players ready to build here. By showcasing strong cases, technology, and communities, we open doors for investments and the expansion of solutions developed in the country.”,

concludes one of the minds behind this historic meeting, Felipe Escudero.
