Deribit, a centralized crypto derivatives exchange for options and futures trading, has announced the launch of its Winter Trading Competition 2024 in collaboration with SignalPlus, a leading options trading dashboard and analytics hub.
The contest’s launch was triggered by the successful conclusion of its first edition, which happened last year. Luuk Strijers, Chief Executive Officer at Deribit, expressed delight at the launch of the competition, saying,

Trading Competition 2024 Begins Today
While this marks the second edition of the competition, it is scheduled to commence today, November 4th, and run until December 9th, 2024, spanning 35 days of intense trading action.
According to an official announcement today, Winter Trading Competition 2024 allows participants to share from a massive prize pool of $200,000 USDC. Other prizes, such as iPhones, PlayStation 5s, and more, are also up for grabs during the competition.
Apart from the rewards, participants can also explore valuable learning opportunities and insightful trading sessions designed to enhance their skills and strategies. Other notable features proposed by the contest are sign-up incentives, prestigious recognition, a 10,000 USDC worth or referral program, and lots more.
Winter Trading Competition 2024 is the biggest and most rewarding crypto trading contest of the year. It will allow participation from all retail users who utilize their Deribit accounts to trade cryptocurrency options, futures, and spot on the SignalPlus platform.
While registrations are open until December 9th, 2024, the company is offering a US Election Registration Bonus as an added incentive to traders who register by November 5. This is a limited-time bonus for participants who earn a US Election Option.

Furthermore, participants will also compete in groups, and the top five teams will win prizes ranging from 1,000 to 5,000 USDC. Additionally, one team member will win a luxurious trip to Thailand each day for 35 days.
