Falcon Finance: the new frontier of finance between innovation and security

Falcon Finance announced today the launch of its strategic roadmap for the next 18 months, marking a significant turning point in the digital finance landscape.

The company, born as a pioneer in the synthetic dollar sector, is now preparing to become a true global financial institution, capable of seamlessly connecting the world of traditional finance, centralized cryptocurrencies, and decentralized finance.

A few months after its debut, Falcon Finance has already reached a significant milestone: 1 billion USDf in circulation. This achievement has allowed it to enter the top ten stablecoins on Ethereum by market capitalization.

Additionally, Falcon has successfully completed the first “live mint” of USDf against the tokenized U.S. Treasury fund of Superstate, marking a first in the sector. An independent audit conducted by ht.digital has certified an over-collateralization of 116%, strengthening Falcon’s reputation for transparency and rigorous risk management.

Falcon Finance reaches 1 billion USDf in circulation

Looking to the future, Falcon Finance has set ambitious goals for the rest of 2025. The company plans to open regulated corridors for fiat currencies in Latin America, Turkey, the eurozone, and other dollar markets, thus ensuring continuous liquidity of USDf and settlement times of less than a second.

This infrastructure will allow Falcon to offer uninterrupted financial services, meeting the needs of institutions and professional operators.

The roadmap also includes the launch of USDf on various Layer 1 and Layer 2 networks. Thus maximizing cross-chain capital efficiency for corporate treasuries and institutional trading desks.

In parallel, Falcon will forge partnerships with regulated custodians and payment agents to introduce bankable products based on USDf, liquidity management solutions with overnight yield, tokenized money funds, and physical gold redemption services.

Falcon Finance is engaged in active dialogue with U.S. and international regulatory authorities. Specifically, with the goal of obtaining licenses under the GENIUS and CLARITY Acts frameworks and aligning its offering with the European MiCA regulation.

This proactive approach aims to strengthen investor trust and ensure full compliance with global financial market rules.

In 2026, Falcon Finance anticipates the launch of a modular engine for real assets, capable of integrating corporate bonds, private credit, and USDf securitized funds through SPV structures.

The protocol will also expand into the tokenization of stocks and investment vehicles centered on USDf directly on-chain. Thus developing bank-level securitization solutions and automated yield distribution systems with institutional reporting.

Another pillar of the future strategy will be the extension of physical redemption services for gold and other high-value assets in key financial centers such as the United Arab Emirates, the MENA area, and Hong Kong.

This initiative aims to offer investors a secure bridge between the digital world and that of tangible assets.

A unified infrastructure for global finance

According to Andrei Grachev, Managing Partner of Falcon Finance, “Surpassing 1 billion USDf in circulation, validating our reserves through third-party audits, and achieving the first live RWA mint have demonstrated our ability to combine compliance and innovation.

Now, by extending our fiat channels to all major markets, modularizing the tokenization of real assets, and enabling interoperability between traditional finance and CeDeFi, we are creating the connective tissue of the financial system of tomorrow.

Falcon is building a single layer of programmable liquidity that serves both institutional treasuries and the next generation of decentralized applications.”

Falcon Finance aims to be the connecting infrastructure between capital, guarantees, and composability in onchain and offchain financial systems.

The company’s mission is to create a unified framework where institutions, protocols, and capital allocators can transform assets into usable liquidity in a transparent, secure, and flexible manner.

The platform allows the use of any asset capable of generating yield and ready for custody. Whether it is crypto-native, tokenized from real assets, or pegged to fiat currencies – as collateral for the issuance of onchain liquidity and to unlock value in various financial domains.

Through the combination of legal structures, composable mint/redeem logics, and modular liquidity pathways, Falcon enables capital to move between different forms and contexts. Thus supporting onchain strategies, institutional deployments, and real-world regulations.
