H100 Group Appoints Johannes Wiik as Chief Executive Officer

H100 Group AB has announced a leadership transition as part of its next phase of growth.

The Board of Directors has appointed Johannes Wiik as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.

He succeeds Co-Founder Sander Andersen, who will assume the role of Executive Chairman following a resolution at the Annual General Meeting held on September 18th, 2025.

Wiik has been with H100 since its inception, serving as Chief Operating Officer throughout the company’s first phase of development.

He holds a Master of Law degree from the University of Oslo and previously worked as a lawyer at Norwegian firm Wiersholm, specializing in corporate law and mergers & acquisitions.

Alongside his new role, he sits on the boards of H100 Group AB, Healthy to 100 AS, H100 Technology AS, Entirebody Coaching AS, and Jowi Holding AS.

Andersen described the leadership shift as a “natural development” for the company, noting that the structure allows him to concentrate on strategic initiatives and fundraising while Wiik takes on day-to-day leadership.

He expressed confidence that the arrangement would strengthen H100’s ability to meet its strategic and operational goals.

Wiik said he was honored to be appointed and emphasized his commitment to building on H100’s foundation and delivering long-term value for shareholders.

In a social media post, Andersen added that Wiik had “proven himself as COO during our first phase” and said he was confident Wiik would lead the company effectively into its next stage of growth.

H100 stated that the new leadership structure is designed to leverage both leaders’ expertise as the company continues to expand as a Bitcoin Treasury & Longevity company.

H100’s Bitcoin strategy has also received backing from Adam Back, CEO of Blockstream and an early Bitcoin pioneer, whose view of Bitcoin as “digital gold” aligns with the company’s long-term vision.
