The purchase was financed through multiple capital-raising measures. These included a subscription by Blockstream CEO Adam Back, who acquired 2.1 million shares at €0.544 each, contributing about €1.16 million.
French asset manager TOBAM also took part, subscribing to 262,605 shares for approximately €0.14 million as part of adjustments related to convertible note agreements.
Additional funding was secured by converting over 1.1 million BSA 2025-01 warrants into equity, raising €0.6 million.
Separately, the company raised €4.1 million through its “ATM-type” program in collaboration with TOBAM.
These activities followed a shareholder vote approving an increase in the company's fundraising capacity to €500 million in nominal value. The resolution passed with more than 95% of votes.
