Following a recent monthly rally that saw XRP gain 35%, forecasts from artificial intelligence models indicate a cooling trend. Using technical analysis tools including oscillators, moving averages, and the relative strength index, an AI prediction agent estimated that XRP would trade at $1.41 on September 30, 2026, marking a 0.77% increase from a press time price of $1.40.
The overall projection was derived from three separate large language models, each yielding differing targets. ChatGPT 5.6 Terra issued the most bullish forecast at $1.47, representing a 5% increase. Conversely, Grok 4.5 offered a bearish outlook, predicting a 6.25% drop to $1.31. DeepSeek positioned itself between the two with a target of $1.45, reflecting a 3.57% upside.
Technical analysts note that upcoming regulatory events may influence near-term price action, pointing to the U.S. Senate's expected vote on the CLARITY Act on September 15. If XRP maintains its position above the 50% Fibonacci support level at $1.34, it may trade within a $1.34 to $1.42 range ahead of the vote. A decline below $1.34 could push the asset toward the next support level at the 61.8% Fibonacci retracement near $1.25.
Meanwhile, institutional momentum has shown signs of fatigue. Following eight consecutive weeks of net inflows, spot XRP ETFs recorded a $7.20 million net outflow on September 4, representing the first negative-flow day since August 5 and potentially allowing sellers to regain control as buying pressure eases.
