Martinez characterized the sector as "in big trouble," noting that each token sits near critical support levels whose breach could signal deeper price declines.
Technical Patterns and Price Targets
Venice Token (VVV) displays a head-and-shoulders pattern, characterized by three peaks with the middle one highest. The neckline, which connects the dips between peaks, sits near $21. A four-hour close below this level would confirm a bearish reversal and could push VVV toward $13 or $11.
OriginTrail (TRAC) is trading within a descending triangle, where falling highs press down on a flat support floor near $0.38. A four-hour close below this floor could trigger a retracement to $0.26.
AI Rig Complex (ARC) has bounced from the bottom of its trading channel near $0.030 to the mid-range around $0.060. A daily close below the $0.030 support could open a slide to $0.014 or $0.0075.
Current Price Levels
At the time of analysis, VVV was trading around $24, approximately 16% above its neckline support level, following an 18% decline over 30 days. TRAC was trading near $0.36, already beneath its $0.38 support floor after reaching approximately $0.41 within 24 hours. ARC was positioned at the mid-range level where Martinez sees rejection risk, at around $0.06.
