Cryptocurrency analyst Ali Martinez has outlined long-term technical chart patterns for several major digital assets, suggesting potential upside targets based on monthly timeframes.
According to Martinez, XRP appears to be forming an ascending triangle on its monthly chart, with resistance near $3.66. The analysis notes that a confirmed monthly close above that resistance level could bring a projected pattern target near $31.87 into view, measured from a chart level of $1.53. The technical setup relies on overcoming the initial $3.66 resistance barrier.
In addition to XRP, Martinez evaluated the long-term structures of Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana:
- Bitcoin: Trading within a rising channel over the past two years, BTC faces a test near a previous high of $125,000, with a potential cycle target near $190,000 if the upper boundary is broken.
- Ethereum: Moving within a channel on the monthly timeframe for over five years, ETH has an upper boundary near $5,000, with a breakout pointing toward a forecast target of $8,800.
- Solana: Showing a cup-and-handle pattern on the monthly chart, SOL features a neckline near $295, with a pattern projection pointing toward a potential target of $2,744.
While the projections highlight significant upside across all four assets, the analysis emphasizes that these technical structures and targets depend on overcoming key resistance levels and do not guarantee specific price outcomes.
