BitMine Immersion Technologies (BMNR) reported total holdings of $15.7 billion in crypto, cash, and other assets as of September 7, according to a regulatory filing submitted the following day. The portfolio includes 5,929,198 Ethereum tokens valued at approximately $14.8 billion, representing 4.9% of Ethereum's total supply.
The company has maintained a consistent purchasing strategy for Ethereum since June 30, 2025, adding 28,086 ETH over the week ending September 7. BitMine marked its Ethereum holdings at $2,495 per token, keeping the total valuation relatively unchanged from the prior week when holdings reached 5.9 million tokens following a 53,501 ETH purchase.
BitMine describes its goal of acquiring 5% of all ETH in circulation as the "Alchemy of 5%," and the company indicates its current 4.9% stake places it 97% of the way toward that target.
Staking Operations Restructured
BitMine ended a revenue-sharing staking management agreement with Ethereum Tower LLC effective September 4, replacing it with a new advisory arrangement that calls for a flat fee of 1.50% of staking rewards.
The company stakes 5,067,309 ETH through MAVAN, its in-house Made in America Validator Network, valued at $12.6 billion and representing approximately 85% of its treasury. Chairman Tom Lee projected annualized staking revenue at $330 million based on current staked amounts, with potential for $386 million once all Ethereum is fully staked.
Diversified Holdings Expand
BitMine's non-Ethereum assets include cash and marketable securities totaling $593 million, up from $541 million the previous week. The company also holds 211 Bitcoin, a $180 million stake in Beast Industries, and a $91 million position in Eightco Holdings (ORBS).
BitMine's Ethereum holdings rank first among corporate ether treasuries. Its total crypto holdings rank second among all crypto treasuries, behind Strategy (MSTR), which owns 840,447 Bitcoin valued at approximately $66 billion.
