BNB Agent Studio Adds Microsoft Azure Support and $1,000 Credit Pool

BNB Chain's developer toolkit for building autonomous AI agents, BNB Agent Studio, is adding Microsoft Azure as a deployment option. The platform, which launched on the BNB Smart Chain mainnet on July 1, 2026, previously relied solely on an AWS Bedrock integration.

BNB Agent Studio allows developers to create autonomous AI agents using a single prompt. The platform incorporates on-chain identity via the ERC-8004 standard, task interfaces through ERC-8183, and self-funding capabilities running on the x402 payment protocol, enabling agents to handle financial transactions without constant human oversight.

Cloud Deployment and Azure Credits

While the initial launch offered AWS Bedrock alongside a 48-hour free tier, the integration of Microsoft Azure introduces a second cloud provider option. The platform is also offering a $1,000 credit pool for Azure, providing developers with additional resources to run their applications.

The Azure integration is currently listed as “In Progress” on the BNB Agent Studio page. The $1,000 credit allocation aligns with Microsoft’s standard developer support programs for startups and new builders.

Recent Updates in Version 2

The expansion to Azure follows the announcement of BNB Agent Studio v2 around August 18, 2026. The version 2 update introduced TypeScript support to attract the broader JavaScript developer community, as well as a testnet Paymaster designed to let developers experiment with agent payment flows without using real tokens.
