BNB Price Tests $750 Resistance After Summer Rally Breakout

BNB's price recovery has brought the token back to resistance levels that emerged during the summer rally. Trading around $731 after climbing sharply from its late-August base and briefly reaching near $770 earlier this month, BNB faces a straightforward technical test: whether buyers can reclaim the $750 level and challenge recent highs.

The token broke out of a multi-month consolidation range where it had traded between roughly $560 and $625 for much of the summer. The move accelerated through $700 before reaching the $750–$770 supply zone. A daily close above $750 would place buyers back in control of the short-term structure, while a move through approximately $770 would suggest the recent supply has been absorbed, potentially bringing $800 into focus as the next major target.

Chain Metrics Support the Recovery

BNB Chain data presents a mixed but constructive picture. DeFi total value locked has reached approximately $5.66 billion, up 15.6% over 30 days. Twenty-four-hour decentralized exchange volume stands near $2.25 billion, up 65.5% against the prior seven-day benchmark. Network fees have increased sharply to about $4.55 million over 24 hours, while revenue reached roughly $1.69 million.

BNB Chain has been identified among leading networks for tokenized stock activity, adding transaction demand beyond traditional DeFi applications. The chain maintains significant DEX market share, with early September data placing BNB Chain at roughly 14% of total on-chain DEX volume despite fluctuations in absolute trading volume.

Technical Levels Define Near-Term Direction

The downside remains equally defined. A sustained failure around the upper resistance band could send BNB back toward $720, with $700 becoming the more important structural support. A break beneath that area would weaken the breakout and expose the $680–$690 region.

BNB's setup has shifted from prolonged consolidation to a decisive test of buyer strength. The recent breakout has improved the broader structure, but confirmation will depend on whether demand can sustain the move rather than fade after the initial surge. The next sustained move will likely determine whether this rally develops into a broader trend.
