Cambio, an AI-native cryptocurrency exchange, has introduced a plugin for ChatGPT that allows users to obtain swap quotes within the platform. The plugin represents an expansion of Cambio's core offering: a swap interface built around conversational AI rather than traditional form-based exchanges.
How the Platform Works
On Cambio, users describe swaps using plain language. Instead of selecting tokens and networks from dropdown menus, a user can type a request such as "swap 500 USDT on Tron to SOL." The platform's AI processes the request, identifies any missing information like the destination network or receiving address, and provides a single quote for the exact amount.
Cambio compares prices across other exchanges before quoting its own rate. The platform charges 0.38% on most routes, with network fees displayed separately. Users see the amount they will receive before confirming the transaction. No account creation is required; swaps settle directly to the wallet address provided by the user.
ChatGPT Plugin Capabilities and Limitations
The ChatGPT plugin displays information only and cannot execute swaps or transfer funds. Users can request quotes for specific amounts, determine which coins cover network fees, and track swaps in progress. Quote cards within ChatGPT link to cambio.one and Cambio's Telegram bot, where users complete the actual swap from their own wallet.
Supported Assets and Networks
Cambio supports more than 100 coins across more than 25 networks, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Tron, BNB Smart Chain, Arbitrum, Litecoin, Monero, and XRP. The platform is accessible via cambio.one, a Telegram bot, and the ChatGPT plugin.

Jurisdictional Restrictions
Cambio is not available to residents of the United States, European Union, United Kingdom, and other restricted jurisdictions.
