French Bitcoin treasury company Capital B has acquired 376 Bitcoin for €25.3 million ($29.5 million), expanding its total holdings to 3,521 BTC. The purchase was executed by Swissquote Bank Europe, with custody provided by Taurus, at an average price of €67,182 per Bitcoin.
Capital B funded the acquisition through approximately €30.1 million ($35 million) in capital raises, including a private placement backed by investors Adam Back and TOBAM. Since its inception, the company has spent a total of €309.4 million acquiring its Bitcoin treasury at an average cost of €87,878 per BTC.
The latest purchase represents Capital B's largest acquisition since September 2025, when it bought 551 BTC for €54.7 million. The company now ranks 25th among publicly traded companies by Bitcoin holdings, according to BitcoinTreasuries.net. Capital B separately maintains 61 BTC for operational purposes, which it excludes from its treasury holdings and performance metrics.
Corporate Bitcoin Holdings Landscape
Capital B's expanded treasury positions it ahead of Sweden-based H100 Group, which holds 3,506 BTC following an all-share acquisition of Norwegian companies in August that added 2,455 BTC. Both companies remain behind Germany's Bitcoin Group SE, which holds 3,605 BTC.
Other major corporate Bitcoin holders include Japan-based Metaplanet, which acquired 2,823 BTC during the second quarter for approximately $222 million, bringing its holdings to 43,000 BTC and ranking it third among publicly traded corporate Bitcoin holders. Michael Saylor's Strategy remains the world's largest corporate Bitcoin holder with 845,050 BTC, acquired for a combined $63.3 billion. Strategy resumed buying in August after a two-month pause, acquiring 4,603 BTC for $370 million.
While some companies including K Wave Media and Sequans Communications have reduced their Bitcoin treasuries, others continue to accumulate holdings.
