Cardano (ADA) recently recorded a 28% gain on a weekly scale, trading at around $0.22. Following this price movement, three AI-powered chatbots evaluated whether the asset can extend its rally and potentially reach the $1 milestone.
ChatGPT noted that while ADA has previously surpassed $1, achieving this level before the end of 2026 would require a significant market-wide rally, sustained growth in users, increased decentralized finance (DeFi) activity, and overall ecosystem development. The platform emphasized that ADA must first hold above resistance areas around $0.30, $0.50, and its 52-week highs.
Perplexity shared a similar view, stating that a rise to $1 is theoretically possible under a strong altcoin or bull market. The model highlighted the $0.22 to $0.24 range as a key zone where a decisive close could prompt further upward movement, while noting that ADA's performance also depends on Bitcoin's strength and overall market liquidity rotation. Bitcoin recently neared $80,000 following a 25% weekly surge. Perplexity also mentioned a potential spot ADA ETF as a major positive catalyst, though it noted that Grayscale recently pulled its filing for such a product.
Google’s Gemini offered a more cautious outlook, suggesting that an ascent to $1 is more plausible in 2027 than in the remaining months of 2026. Gemini argued that capital remains concentrated in top-tier assets like Bitcoin and Ethereum, and a multi-step profit rotation is required before funds cascade into riskier altcoins.
