Celestia's TIA token climbed nearly 17% during October 16 trading, advancing beyond its recent price range and briefly reaching $0.7233. At the time of reporting, the price stood around $0.69.
The rally marked a significant move for TIA, which traded near $0.30 in August before entering a recovery period through September and October. The token cleared the $0.60–$0.63 resistance area that had previously limited advances.
Trading volume increased substantially, with approximately 51.47 million TIA exchanged as the price moved higher. The larger volume accompanying the advance suggested meaningful buying pressure compared to recent sessions.
Key Resistance and Support Levels
The $0.70 price level represents the nearest test for buyers. If sustained above this threshold, the session high near $0.723 becomes the next obstacle to overcome.
On a four-hour chart, smaller price movements formed around $0.70 before a slight decline toward $0.69, indicating that the recovery had not yet established comfortable footing above the round-number level.
The daily Relative Strength Index was near 70, suggesting caution alongside potential for further upward movement.
Downside Levels to Monitor
If TIA retreats, the $0.60–$0.63 area represents the clearest support zone to defend. Holding this level would suggest buyers are protecting prices that previously triggered selling pressure. A break below this area would weaken the latest breakout attempt.
A larger pullback could bring the recent $0.53–$0.55 trading range back into view. Whether TIA retains its gains will provide a clearer measure of the move's underlying strength.
