Dinari's tokenized U.S. equities are now available to eligible users in the United States through the Bitcoin.com Wallet, marking the completion of a partnership announced earlier this year between the two platforms.
Through the integration, Bitcoin.com users can access dShares, Dinari's tokenized U.S. stocks and ETFs, directly from the wallet environment. The offering includes 724 tokenized U.S. stocks and ETFs, encompassing the entire S&P 500.
Integration Model
The launch demonstrates what Dinari calls a turnkey embedded model for distributing tokenized equities. Bitcoin.com is the first partner to deploy Dinari's Embedded Trading App, a front end that allows financial platforms to integrate tokenized securities without building the underlying infrastructure independently.
Through the embedded experience, users can browse supported stocks and ETFs, access market data, execute trades, and manage portfolios without leaving the Bitcoin.com Wallet. Dinari handles the infrastructure behind the experience, including trading and order management, KYC and compliance workflows, corporate actions, dividends, and settlement.
Broader Distribution Strategy
The Bitcoin.com integration builds on Dinari's U.S. market expansion that began in August, when dShares became available to eligible U.S. investors and businesses for the first time.
Dinari's tokenized equities are currently distributed across fintechs, exchanges, wallets, and other financial applications in the United States and more than 85 jurisdictions worldwide.
Each dShare maintains a direct connection to the corresponding underlying U.S. security held with a licensed custodian, designed to preserve economic and governance rights including dividends, corporate actions, and fractional ownership.
