Five Companies Shaping Q4 2026: From AI's Biggest IPO to Crypto Treasury Milestones

Several major developments across artificial intelligence and cryptocurrency are poised to define the final quarter of 2026, with particular attention on Anthropic's highly anticipated public offering and notable performance metrics from established tech and crypto companies.

Anthropic: The Largest IPO in History

Anthropic, the company behind Claude AI, is preparing for what could be the largest initial public offering in stock market history. The company filed to go public in the US following a funding round that valued it at $965 billion.

According to its prospectus, Anthropic generated nearly $4.6 billion in revenue by the end of 2025, representing a 12-fold increase. The company also reported a net loss of $42 billion and is committing $518 billion to computing infrastructure over the next decade. Notably, a quarter of its revenue comes from only two unnamed customers.

Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, and Citi are managing the deal, with a target valuation around $2 trillion. At that level, Anthropic would surpass SpaceX's $1.77 trillion June 2026 debut as the largest IPO in history. Marketing for the offering could begin as soon as mid-November, potentially allowing the company to begin trading before the year's end.

Micron Technology: Memory Industry Leader

Micron Technology has emerged as a standout performer in 2026, with shares up approximately 277% for the year. The company is the only US-based producer of high-bandwidth memory, a critical component for AI accelerators.

Financial results reflect accelerating growth. Fiscal fourth-quarter revenue reached a record $54.23 billion, while DRAM revenue jumped 343% to $39.8 billion. The company is scheduled to begin share buybacks on December 9, with its next earnings report expected in mid-to-late December.

Wall Street forecasts vary considerably. D.A. Davidson raised its price target to $2,100, Rosenblatt moved to $1,900, and Barclays maintained a $2,000 target. Goldman Sachs took a more cautious stance, raising its target to $1,250 while maintaining a Hold rating. The wide range of expectations suggests investors should closely monitor the December earnings release.

Nvidia: The AI Sector Bellwether

Nvidia supplies the accelerators powering much of the artificial intelligence buildout, making its results a key indicator for the broader sector. The stock reached an intraday record of approximately $237.83 on October 2 and closed at $233.95, up roughly 25% in 2026.

The company is expected to report fiscal third-quarter earnings on November 17, with guidance for approximately $108 billion in revenue. Every tracked analyst rates Nvidia a Buy, with price targets ranging from $275 to $400. Bernstein has issued the highest target at $400, followed by Rosenblatt at $390, while multiple major firms cluster around $300 to $325.

Blockchain.com: A Test for Crypto IPOs

Blockchain.com filed a confidential S-1 registration in May and is targeting a public listing before the end of 2026, seeking to raise approximately $500 million. The company proposes a valuation between $4 billion and $6 billion, representing a significant reset from its $14 billion valuation in 2022.

The company's upcoming debut will serve as a test for whether public markets are ready to support another large cryptocurrency company, particularly given weak performance from several 2025 crypto listings. Blockchain.com is distinguishing itself by pitching investors on adjusted profits in each of the past three years. The company has also expanded beyond its core business, signing an agreement with the NYSE on September 23 to provide users access to tokenized US equities.

BitMine Immersion Technologies: Approaching Ethereum Milestone

BitMine Immersion Technologies holds the world's largest Ethereum treasury. The company has been purchasing ETH weekly since June 30, 2025, and holdings passed 6 million Ethereum on September 27, equal to approximately 4.9% of total supply.

Around 84% of BitMine's Ethereum is staked, with annualized staking revenue projected at approximately $358 million. The company needs roughly another 100,000 ETH to reach its stated 5% of supply target, a milestone that could arrive before year-end.

A broader question for investors concerns what happens once BitMine reaches its target. The company has built its position primarily through equity issuance, which exposes shareholders to dilution. This dynamic mirrors challenges faced by other crypto treasury stocks this year, with only four of the top 20 trading above the value of their underlying holdings.
