Hyperscale Data Shares Rise 34% as Michigan AI Data Center Launch Nears

Hyperscale Data, Inc. (GPUS) shares rose 34.05% to $0.1689, gaining $0.0429, before a late pullback, after the company reaffirmed its 2027 revenue and earnings targets and outlined plans for AI operations in Michigan.

The company said it expects to begin revenue-generating AI operations at its Michigan campus in December 2026, when it plans to energize its first AI computing capacity.

2027 targets reaffirmed

Hyperscale Data maintained its preliminary 2027 revenue forecast of $300 million to $350 million. It also expects adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization of $60 million to $80 million.

The company said the projections reflect anticipated growth across its operating businesses and planned infrastructure expansion. Management based the targets on expected customer deployments, financing arrangements, and business performance, though the projections depend on successful development and execution across several operating divisions. Hyperscale Data also expects its digital asset activities to contribute to its broader financial performance.

Michigan AI data center

Hyperscale Data expects to energize its first AI computing capacity at its Michigan campus in December 2026. The company plans to begin generating revenue alongside the initial deployment of computing infrastructure.

The Michigan project forms part of the company’s broader strategy to develop additional computing capacity. Management expects future expansion as customer deployments advance and infrastructure development progresses.

Chief Executive Officer William Horne reported progress across the company’s businesses ahead of the planned Michigan launch. Management continues to prioritize contracted computing capacity and the financing needed to support infrastructure development.

Preliminary third-quarter revenue growth

Hyperscale Data previously reported preliminary third-quarter 2026 revenue of approximately $40 million, a 64% increase from the $24.3 million recorded during the same quarter in 2025.

The company said stronger crane operations, defense activities, lending, and trading supported the increase. It also benefited from software revenue associated with blockchain network operations, while the reconsolidation of Gresham Worldwide contributed to higher defense revenue. Declining Bitcoin mining revenue partly offset growth across the other business segments.

Hyperscale Data has not completed its independent audit or review of the preliminary quarterly figures. The company said final results may differ as it completes financial closing procedures.

Business structure

Hyperscale Data operates across three main business platforms: data centers, financial services, and portfolio investments. Its Ault Capital Group subsidiary manages lending, digital assets, and several portfolio businesses.

The company said management continues pursuing AI infrastructure expansion, tokenization opportunities, and digital asset operations to support its 2027 financial targets.
