Injective announced that its CEO met with officials from the White House, SEC, and CFTC this month, accompanied by the project's general counsel, head of policy, and head of research. The meetings reflect the project's effort to establish regulatory infrastructure for tokenization and onchain finance in the United States.
The company pointed to existing institutional milestones in support of its regulatory positioning. Injective Institutional Services operates as an SEC-registered transfer agent that provides ownership recordkeeping for tokenized securities. Additionally, INJ futures are listed on CFTC-regulated US markets, connecting the ecosystem to established financial infrastructure.
Institutional Infrastructure Development
Injective is developing infrastructure designed to bring tokenized stocks, funds, and real-world assets onchain. The project's legal and policy teams are engaging with US lawmakers and regulators on digital asset regulation.
However, regulatory engagement does not automatically translate into increased token demand or higher prices. Project progress and market speculation remain separate considerations for investors.
Technical Price Levels
INJ currently trades around $7.64 on the weekly chart. Technical analysis identifies $6.52 as a critical support level that anchors a bullish recovery scenario. Above that level, $15.81 represents the first major resistance point, followed by $33.09.
Beyond $33.09, the previous high near $53 becomes the next significant hurdle. A confirmed break above that level could open price discovery toward $70, although pullbacks and resistance are expected as part of any projected movement. A sustained breakdown below $6.52 would weaken the bullish technical roadmap.
