Jupiter launched YOLO, a new trading product on Solana, which recorded over $1 billion in trading volume within 15 hours of its October 15 beta launch. The platform offers up to 1,000x leverage on SOL, BTC, and ETH, with minimum trades starting at $10.
The YOLO product operates as a simulated trading model where a single house pool funded by losses pays winners. Trades do not execute on the broader market, though profits and losses are real. Winners receive payouts when the platform's liquidity pool can cover the full amount and no earlier claims exist in the queue.
At 1,000x leverage, a 0.1% price move against a trader's position could result in total loss.
Price Action and Technical Levels
Jupiter's long-term trend has been bullish since a swing structure break in May, with a low of $0.144 serving as the anchor point for a rally that reached $0.388 earlier in October.
Since hitting that high, JUP has declined 21.8% over the past ten days. Technical analysis identifies $0.22 as the next long-term demand zone, described as a bullish order block that preceded the latest rally.
On the 2-hour timeframe, the token's trend shifted bearish. The $0.32 demand zone was flipped to a supply zone, and retests at this level have triggered bearish reactions. The $0.29 demand zone was under testing at the time of writing.
Given broader market weakness, with Bitcoin retracing toward $80,000, further downside pressure on JUP may continue in the coming week. A drop below $0.275 and subsequent retest of $0.29 could present short-term selling opportunities.
