NeoSoul, an AI economy infrastructure company spun off from TechFlow, has successfully closed an $11 million pre-Series A funding round. The capital is earmarked to develop its intelligent trading platform and build foundational infrastructure for AI agents to participate independently in economic activities.
The funding round attracted several crypto-native and venture capital investors, including MH Ventures, Amber Group, ArkStream Capital, 0G Foundation, Kirin Capital, CatcherVC, and New Oak International.
Product Focus and the "Full Economic Loop"
At the core of NeoSoul's product suite is NeoTrade, an intelligent trading workstation engineered to allow AI agents to execute trades with autonomy that surpasses standard rule-following bots. According to co-founder Kaelan, the platform aims to integrate autonomous decision-making with controlled execution in trading scenarios.
NeoSoul views trading as the starting point for what it defines as a "full economic loop." The company's strategy is based on the premise that trading serves as an optimal domain for AI agents to receive information, make judgments, execute actions, and measure outcomes within a closed system.
Total Funding and Strategic Partnerships
This latest pre-Series A round follows a prior $4 million seed round backed by Yarun Investment and Crestwave Capital, bringing NeoSoul's total disclosed funding to $15 million.
The inclusion of the 0G Foundation in the funding round is notable, as 0G is linked to a decentralized AI blockchain project that supplies data availability and compute layers for AI-native applications. In addition to its investors, NeoSoul formed a strategic collaboration with Infini in April 2026 to adopt AI-driven financial tools.
