NUVA has adopted Chainlink as its exclusive data infrastructure provider for its real-world asset marketplace. Co-created by Animoca Brands and Nuva Labs, the platform connects institutional financial assets with decentralized finance.
As part of the integration, Chainlink supplies on-chain data for assets available through NUVA. Its infrastructure helps applications value assets and price collateral, while decentralized finance protocols can use the data to manage lending positions.
The integration initially supports nvPRIME, NUVA's private credit vault, which provides investors with exposure to short-term financing backed by residential housing loans, including U.S. home equity lines of credit. NUVA launched its non-custodial marketplace on Ethereum in May 2026, connecting assets from Figure Technologies and Provenance Blockchain with Ethereum applications and accessing an underlying asset market valued at about $19 billion.
NUVA's initial offering consists of two core products: nvPRIME and nvYLDS. Through nvPRIME, users deposit USDC and receive tokens representing their share of the vault's holdings, targeting yields above 7%. The product is supported by Figure-originated residential housing loans and U.S. home equity lines of credit. NUVA also offers nvYLDS, a yield-focused product supported by short-term U.S. Treasuries and bank deposits.
Both products operate on Ethereum and connect with applications across its decentralized finance ecosystem. Figure Technologies provides the lending infrastructure behind the housing-related assets, while NUVA serves as the Ethereum distribution layer connecting the products with users and decentralized applications.
Because housing loans lack the real-time market prices available for widely traded crypto assets, external information is required for decentralized finance protocols to manage them. Chainlink delivers asset data directly to smart contracts, enabling applications to value collateral, set lending conditions, and manage tokenized credit positions.
