The real-world asset (RWA) market capitalization reached $71.02 billion on Monday, marking a 48.7% gain over 24 hours according to CoinGecko data. In contrast, meme coins fell 2.2% over the same period.
The sector added $23.26 billion in total value, driven largely by a single addition rather than broad market buying. Figure Heloc, a pool of home equity credit lines issued by Nevada lender Figure on its Provenance blockchain, entered the rankings as the largest RWA holding at $22.81 billion, representing 32% of the sector.
Without Figure Heloc included in the total, the RWA sector stood at approximately $48.21 billion, showing a 0.96% change from the previous day's value of $47.75 billion. Other assets in the sector saw varied performance, with Chainlink rising 0.8% and Stellar falling 3.3% on the day.
Figure Heloc tokens experienced minimal trading activity, recording $14.9 million in 24-hour turnover, which equates to about 0.065% of their total value, and CoinGecko data registered no 24-hour price change for the tokens.
Meanwhile, tokenized equities remained in a separate pool valued at $8.25 billion. These assets tracked their underlying equities closely, such as the MicroStrategy xStock trading at $122.69 while Strategy's Nasdaq-listed shares traded at $122.63.
In the meme coin sector, major tokens finished lower on Monday, including Dogecoin falling 4.1%, Pump.fun dropping 7.9%, and Official Trump sliding 9.9%, bringing the sector down 2.3% to $32.82 billion. However, looking at a seven-day window, meme coins demonstrated higher turnover and price gains compared to the steadier movement of RWA tokens.
