Ripple created 110,565,832 RLUSD in a single transaction on the XRP Ledger at 20:43 UTC on Nov. 2, marking the largest single‑day mint for the stablecoin. Binance Reopens Withdrawals
At 04:00 UTC on Nov. 3, Binance started restoring withdrawals across nine blockchain networks, including the XRP Ledger. The first batch of assets made available for withdrawal included BTC, ETH, XRP, SOL, DOGE, LINK, ADA, LTC and SHIB. Binance also confirmed that withdrawals for several stablecoins on Ethereum, such as RLUSD, USD1, TUSD, FDUSD and XUSD, were reinstated.
Context and Market Activity
The RLUSD mint follows recent distribution agreements, including a partnership with Robinhood to offer the stablecoin to its 29 million customers and an addition to Coinbase’s listings on multiple networks. RLUSD has also received a Moody’s rating after Ripple secured U.S. bank approval.
Yield Offerings
Uphold announced an annual percentage yield of up to 7 % on RLUSD for users in most U.S. states, noting that the returns are variable and paid by an external protocol.
Outlook
XRP was trading near $1.25 on Nov. 3, showing little change on the day. Binance indicated that further assets and networks would be re‑opened in subsequent phases after security checks.
