Ripple announced a projected $900 million annualized product revenue run rate by the end of 2026, according to an announcement made at its Swell 2026 conference in New York on October 28. The target reflects the company's expansion beyond international payments into digital asset custody, stablecoins, prime brokerage, and treasury management services.
The company's infrastructure now serves more than 1,700 institutions and businesses across more than 85 regulatory licenses. Ripple reported that the number of customers using multiple products has tripled this year.
RLUSD Stablecoin Growth
Ripple's dollar-backed stablecoin, RLUSD, has become increasingly central to the company's strategy. The token has reached approximately $2.6 billion in market capitalization, representing growth of more than 88% since the beginning of 2026.
RLUSD is now available through major trading platforms including Coinbase, Robinhood, Binance, Kraken, and OKX. Ripple is positioning the stablecoin for institutional payments, trading collateral, and blockchain-based financial transactions.
Banking Approval and Partnerships
On October 26, Ripple received final approval from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency to establish Ripple National Trust Bank. The federally supervised institution is intended to manage reserves supporting RLUSD and provide digital asset custody services.
Ripple also announced partnerships with major financial firms. BNY Mellon is expanding its digital asset custody relationship with Ripple and exploring tokenized trade finance using the XRP Ledger. Aviva Investors has introduced a tokenized share class of its sterling liquidity fund on the network.
Ripple's payments business is expected to approach $150 billion in cumulative transaction volume by the end of December.
