A ProShares Trust Rule 24f-2 notice filed on August 27 officially lists both the ProShares XRP ETF (series S000091571) and the ProShares Ultra XRP ETF (series S000091573, ticker: UXRP) as registered fund series.
A separate Morningstar Funds Trust post-effective amendment filed on August 28 named the Cyber Hornet S&P 500 & XRP 75/25 Strategy ETF, which became live under Morningstar Funds Trust with an inception date of January 30, 2026.
Current Product Details
The ProShares Ultra XRP ETF (UXRP) launched in mid-July 2025 and tracks 2x the daily Bloomberg XRP Index using futures and swaps, without holding spot XRP directly. The fund carries an expense ratio of 1.67% and held assets in the $40–$55 million range, with a net asset value near $15.83 as of August 28.
The Cyber Hornet 75/25 product holds direct XRP at roughly 25.7% alongside S&P 500 holdings including mega-cap names. The fund had approximately $22.08 in net asset value as of August 27, with assets under management near $0.55 million.
Broader Market Context

Upcoming dates of potential significance include a Ripple escrow unlock scheduled for September 1 and a Senate cloture vote on the CLARITY Act targeted for September 15.
Investor Considerations
Leveraged products such as the Ultra XRP ETF reset their exposure daily and are designed as trading tools rather than long-term holdings. XRP was trading in the $1.38–$1.46 range as of late August.
