Securitize and Neuberger Berman have launched the Neuberger Securitize High Income Tokenized Fund, known as HINC, with deployment across Sui, Solana, Avalanche, and Ethereum. The fund provides eligible accredited investors with tokenized access to a portfolio that can include high-yield bonds, leveraged loans, and collateralized loan obligations.
Securitize manages the administration and compliance infrastructure for the fund, while Neuberger Berman serves as the subadvisor. Unlike a stablecoin, HINC is an actively managed private tokenized fund with restricted access, placing it in the real-world asset and tokenized finance category.
Tokenized funds connect blockchain infrastructure with traditional investment products by utilizing on-chain rails for ownership records, transfer mechanics, settlement, and access management. HINC offers tokenized exposure to income-generating credit markets through regulated infrastructure rather than attempting to replace stablecoins.
The deployment on Sui gives the network an institutional-style asset alongside established chains like Ethereum. Multi-chain deployment enables issuers and administrators to provide availability across multiple networks, allowing investors to interact through the network that aligns with their compliance, custody, and operational needs.
HINC operates under strict eligibility requirements and accredited-investor restrictions, distinguishing it from permissionless retail yield farms and open DeFi products. This structure preserves traditional investor restrictions, legal wrappers, and compliance procedures while utilizing blockchain infrastructure.
