Siebert Financial has set a $175,000 Bitcoin price target for the next 12 months, with a corresponding $350 per share target for Strategy, according to Brian Vieten, head of digital assets research at the firm.
Vieten, appearing on a Bitcoin Magazine program with Grace Remington and Sean Hagan, explained that his forecast begins with the June low near $58,000, which he described as marking exhaustion across miners, exchanges, treasury companies, and lenders.
ETF Demand and Market Structure
Vieten highlighted sticky ETF demand as a key factor in what he called Bitcoin’s biggest market structure shift. He also noted that big banks have changed the Bitcoin lending complex.
Strategy Rating and Digital Credit
Siebert has a Buy rating on Strategy and a $350 price target, which Vieten said is based on the $175,000 Bitcoin forecast and does not assume any mNAV expansion. He also pointed to Strategy’s digital credit engine and its tax advantage as part of the thesis.
Regulatory Catalysts
Vieten identified the GENIUS Act, along with stablecoins and tokenization, as sources of new demand that give Bitcoin “a clean runway” from here. He also discussed whether the four-year cycle still matters and what institutions need before increasing Bitcoin allocations.
