Solana's SOL token has climbed back above the $90 mark, extending its recent recovery after a period of weakness. The latest upward push coincides with fundamental improvements from the Agave network upgrade, which lowered the target slot time from 400 milliseconds to 350 milliseconds to enhance processing efficiency.
Market data highlights stronger participation across both spot and derivatives markets supporting the move. Solana spot ETF charts indicate a sharp rise in net inflows, reaching approximately 170,000 SOL—representing more than $15 million in fresh exposure at prices near $88 to $90. Meanwhile, aggregate open interest grew from roughly $4.4 billion in early August to nearly $6 billion, pointing to increased trader positioning.
Technically, SOL pushed above a rising trendline and into the $91 to $93 resistance range, reaching an intraday high of $93.39 before trading around $91.99. Supporting indicators such as the Cumulative Volume Delta (CVD) recorded a positive spike reflecting aggressive buying, while the On-Balance Volume (OBV) climbed to about 518.67 million to support the upward momentum.
Market participants are closely watching whether buyers can convert the $91 to $93 region into a firm support level. Sustained momentum could target resistance zones near $97.78 and the psychological $100 threshold, with $105.14 serving as a subsequent target. Conversely, failure to hold above $91 could direct focus toward downside support levels at $88.61 near the rising trendline, followed by $84.
