Solana recorded 3.04 million active addresses and 113.95 million transactions during the measured period, compared to Ethereum's 599,384 addresses and 1.96 million transactions. On chain fees, Solana generated $813,114 over 24 hours versus Ethereum's $408,665. However, Ethereum recorded slightly higher chain revenue at $95,930 compared to Solana's $91,716.
Application-Level Performance
Application fees favored Solana at $14.43 million versus Ethereum's $11.44 million over the same period. Application revenue also favored Solana at $6.21 million compared to Ethereum's $2.59 million.
Institutional Assets and Real-World Applications
Ethereum leads in tokenized real-world assets, with $13.50 billion in active RWA assets compared to Solana's $1.58 billion. This gap reflects stronger institutional adoption on Ethereum's network for tokenized financial activity.
Key Differences in Network Metrics
Higher transaction volume does not automatically translate to higher revenue or sustainable user demand. Active address counts do not represent unique human users, as bots and repeat wallet activity influence the figures.
