Solana's real-world asset (RWA) market has expanded significantly, growing from $700 million to $4.3 billion over the past year. While this remains 26% the size of Ethereum's RWA market, which grew from $15.5 billion to $16.6 billion in the same period, Solana's growth rate has outpaced Ethereum's.
Application revenue on the Solana network rose 48% quarter-over-quarter to $299.1 million in Q3, marking the highest level since Q3 2025. The network also processed $189 billion in spot decentralized exchange volume during the quarter, a $7 billion increase from the previous quarter.
Additional metrics from Q3 included tokenized equities reaching a record $7.1 billion for the quarter, with September recording an all-time high of $4.4 billion. Solana processed 14.2 billion total transactions during the period, averaging approximately 1,790 transactions per second.
However, much of the application revenue came from consumer applications and trading activity, which can fluctuate with market conditions and user engagement patterns.
At press time, SOL's price action had not reflected these network improvements, with the token testing support levels between $95 and $100. The network's performance gains do not guarantee immediate price appreciation, as the market requires buying pressure to push the token toward higher resistance levels.
