Stellar developer activity has reached record levels, placing the network second globally and ahead of both Solana and Bitcoin in developer participation. Data shared by Scopuly indicates that monthly active developers on Stellar hit an all-time high of 2,968 as of June 30.
While many major blockchain ecosystems reported declines during the same period, developer activity on Stellar climbed 125% year over year. This expansion was largely concentrated in Nigeria, India, Turkey, and Brazil, highlighting a regional focus on practical financial applications and payment-focused use cases.
Funding activity has supported this growth trajectory, with $5.5 million distributed to 55 companies through Stellar Community Fund rounds to back projects in payments, stablecoins, and tokenized assets. Real-world assets on Stellar crossed the $3 billion mark, and the network ranks as the leading blockchain for tokenized non-US government debt, holding roughly $490 million in sovereign instruments.
Payment infrastructure metrics also demonstrated expansion, as Stellar's stablecoin transfer volume reached a record $11.4 billion in the second quarter. Active accounts on the network surpassed 10.7 million.
Alongside network fundamentals, technical analysts are monitoring XLM price structures. Following a low on May 22 and a subsequent five-wave upward move, analyst Aragorn Windbreaker noted that XLM near $0.19 aligned with a previously identified bottom target zone. Long-term analysis using standard Fibonacci extension levels places minimum targets for the next major upward wave at $4.21, with an extended scenario reaching toward $33 in a bull case.
