Strategy, the largest corporate holder of Bitcoin, announced it sold no shares under its at-the-market offering program for Bitcoin purchases during the week ending October 26, marking a pause after two consecutive weeks of buying activity.
The company's Bitcoin holdings remained unchanged at 848,517 BTC, acquired for an aggregate of $64.02 billion at an average price of approximately $75,446 per coin. At current market valuation, the treasury is worth approximately $67.88 billion.
Instead of continuing Bitcoin acquisitions, Strategy redirected capital toward share repurchases. The company repurchased 2,068,459 STRC preferred shares valued at approximately $205 million. An additional $956.8 million remains available under the company's digital credit securities repurchase program.
Executive Chairman Michael Saylor disclosed that Strategy maintains $5.1 billion in USD assets, comprising $4.83 billion in USD Reserve and $242.4 million in cash. Saylor noted that USD duration stands at 3.4 years with STRC's BTC Credit at 54 basis points under specified market assumptions.
