The Smarter Web Company Expands Treasury With 35 More Bitcoin

The Smarter Web Company has purchased an additional 35 Bitcoin as part of its ongoing treasury acquisition policy, known as “The 10 Year Plan.”

The UK-based web design, development, and online marketing platform spent approximately £2 million, or about $2.7 million, on the latest acquisition. Following this purchase, the company's total Bitcoin stash has grown to 2,747 units, acquired at a net average purchase price of £82,562 per Bitcoin. To date, the firm has made gross Bitcoin purchases totaling £235.5 million and gross sales of £8.7 million.

Alongside the purchase, the company reported that its total drawings under its Coinbase Strategic Credit Facility have reached £20.5 million, representing an approximate leverage ratio of 14.8%. The credit facility is secured by the company's existing Bitcoin holdings, carries a variable interest rate of 6%, and can be repaid without extra charges at the firm's discretion.

The Smarter Web Company began accumulating Bitcoin on April 28, 2025, with an initial purchase of 2.3 BTC valued at $215,695 at the time. The latest treasury update coincides with broader market movements as Bitcoin recovers from a recent downturn, having briefly climbed above $80,000 in late August before trading below $77,000.
