TronBid has expanded its two-sided marketplace for TRON network resources, introducing new options for users to rent Energy, trade Bandwidth, and manage transaction costs on the TRON network.
The platform operates as a peer-to-peer marketplace where both buyers and sellers can create orders for TRON Energy and Bandwidth. TRON uses these resources for network operations, with Energy required for smart-contract computation including USDT TRC-20 transfers. When a wallet lacks sufficient Energy, TRX may be consumed to cover transaction requirements.
Marketplace Features
TronBid allows both sides of the market to set terms. Buyers can create purchase orders specifying the amount of Energy needed, rental duration, and price. Sellers can create offers with their own amounts, prices, and rental periods. Sellers can offer partial quantities—for example, if a seller offers 600,000 Energy, one buyer can rent 350,000, leaving the remainder available for others.
The platform also offers Quick Rent with predefined Energy packages for immediate needs, and Flash Recharge for wallets that maintain their own Energy capacity but need to manage consumed resources.
Business Integration
TronBid provides a B2B Quick Rent API for exchanges, payment processors, wallets, OTC services, and other businesses processing frequent TRON transactions. Companies can maintain a prepaid balance and automatically request Energy for specified addresses before executing transactions, integrating Energy rental directly into transaction infrastructure.
Governance Role
TronBid has become a TRON Super Representative Partner, adding the project to TRON's delegated proof-of-stake governance ecosystem.
