TRUMP Memecoin Holders Invited to Third Exclusive Dinner as Token Declines 97% from Peak

Fight Fight Fight LLC, the entity behind the Official Trump memecoin (ticker: TRUMP), is organizing an exclusive dinner scheduled for November 22 at Trump National Golf Club in Washington, D.C.

Invitations extend to the 185 highest-ranked token holders, with rankings determined by a leaderboard evaluating both token quantity and holding duration between September 30 and November 12. The 29 top-scoring participants will receive VIP seating arrangements. Select attendees will receive exclusive merchandise, including gold timepieces for the four highest holders, as well as fragrances, digital trading cards, and commemorative posters.

This marks the third such gathering since the token's debut. An inaugural dinner in May 2025 hosted 220 holders at the same Washington venue, while a second event in April 2026 at Mar-a-Lago in Florida attracted 297 attendees. Organizers have stated that Trump will attend alongside three unidentified celebrity guests, though the event webpage clarifies that individual private audiences with the president will not occur.

Token Performance and Holder Losses

TRUMP traded at approximately $2.04 on October 1, representing roughly a 97% decline from the token's all-time high near $74 in January 2025. Following the dinner announcement, the token experienced a brief 10% surge before returning to previous trading levels.

Blockchain analytics firm Nansen released research in July showing aggregate holder losses of $3.81 billion through June's end, examining activity across nearly 989,000 digital wallets. The firm found that approximately two-thirds of TRUMP purchasers experienced financial losses, with fewer than 500,000 wallets showing profits, predominantly belonging to initial investors.

According to Trump's personal financial disclosure documents, the former president earned $636 million in memecoin-related compensation. Public Citizen, a nonprofit accountability organization, calculated in August that Trump family cryptocurrency ventures left investors $4.7 billion in the red since 2022, with $3.2 billion of these losses attributed specifically to the memecoin.

Congressional Scrutiny

Senators Elizabeth Warren, Adam Schiff, and Richard Blumenthal submitted formal correspondence following the April dinner requesting information about guest screening procedures and financial structures, contending these gatherings present ethical conflicts. Warren and Blumenthal subsequently petitioned the SEC in August to examine potential fraud or improper insider advantages related to the token. The commission has not publicly disclosed any enforcement proceedings stemming from this request.

Senator Chris Coons characterized the November gathering as corruption through social media platform Bluesky. The dinner announcement arrives after the Senate rejected the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act last month, with Democratic lawmakers arguing the bill's ethics provisions inadequately restricted government officials' cryptocurrency involvement.
