Shares of networking equipment manufacturer Ubiquiti (UI) experienced a pre-market rally, climbing 3.73% to $595.00 following the release of the company's fiscal fourth-quarter and full-year 2026 financial results.
During the fourth quarter, Ubiquiti reported revenue of $937.3 million, marking a 23.5% expansion compared to the same period in the previous year. For the full fiscal year, total revenue climbed 27.2% to reach $3.27 billion.
Enterprise Segment Growth and Geographic Performance
The enterprise technology division served as the primary growth driver, generating $868.3 million in quarterly sales compared to $680.1 million a year earlier. This strong performance offset a decline in the service provider technology division, where quarterly revenue fell from $79 million to $69 million.
Geographically, fourth-quarter revenue included $507.4 million from North America, $331.6 million from the EMEA region, $69.4 million from Asia Pacific, and $28.9 million from South American markets.
Profitability, Dividends, and Buyback Program
The company posted a fourth-quarter GAAP net income of $284.9 million, representing a 6.8% year-over-year increase, while non-GAAP net income expanded 33.6% to $286.5 million. Gross profit reached $429.3 million, with a gross margin of 45.8%. Operating expenses rose due to continued investments in research and development, software, and marketing.
Alongside its financial results, Ubiquiti announced an extension of its $500 million share repurchase program through September 30, 2027. Furthermore, the board approved a $1.00 per-share cash dividend payable on September 8, 2026, with plans to make recurring quarterly distributions of at least $1.00 per share throughout fiscal year 2027.
