Evernorth Holdings, an XRP digital asset treasury firm whose shareholders include Ripple Labs, Arrington XRP Capital and SBI Holdings, closed at $11.70 yesterday evening — a record low since its merger became effective.
The close is 44% below the firm's first-day high of $21 on October 9. Measured against the pre-merger peak of $53 listed on the Evernorth Investor Relations page, the decline reaches 78%.
The stock has recovered slightly in today's trading, mostly changing hands above $12.
Ripple-linked ownership
Ripple co-founder Chris Larsen has exposure to Evernorth Holdings through his controlling shareholder role at Ripple Labs and through the Larsen Lam Children's Remainder Trust. RippleWorks, a nonprofit Larsen cofounded, is the majority owner of the Arrington XRP Capital Fund.
Holdings and financing facility
The firm holds approximately 473 million XRP.
On October 26, Evernorth said it had "entered into a common stock purchase agreement with CF Principal Investments LLC to establish a committed equity facility for up to 5,218,935 Shares of Class A Common Stock."
The company added that, "Assuming the closing stock price of XRPN on October 22, 2026, if fully executed the facility would generate aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $80 million."
Evernorth said the facility, if used, is intended to support "the acquisition of XRP and product development in the XRP ecosystem."
