Celestia [TIA] reached a four-month high of $0.48 before retracing to around $0.43, marking an 11.5% gain over 24 hours. Trading volume surged 298% during the period, indicating substantial market activity.
The rally has been attributed to multiple factors. Celestia's position as a data availability layer in modular blockchain architecture has drawn renewed attention, as the network addresses scalability challenges without compromising blockchain flexibility. Additionally, strong staking demand has supported the price movement, with over 393.9 million tokens staked—representing 43% of total supply. The network currently offers a staking reward rate of 5.48%.
Selling Pressure Emerges
Despite the gains, profit-taking has created market headwinds. Futures markets recorded $92 million in outflows against $87.6 million in inflows over 24 hours, with net futures flow declining to -$4.4 million. Spot markets showed similar pressure, with $15.3 million in inflows compared to $14.7 million in outflows, resulting in a net spot flow of $595,000.
When selling activity dominates both spot and futures markets, it can weaken market structure and create downward price pressure.
Technical Outlook
Despite the pullback from $0.48, technical indicators suggest the uptrend remains intact. The stochastic RSI has risen to around 88 and maintained an upward trajectory, while the DMI indicator climbed to 40, both suggesting continued strength.
The path forward depends on whether buying demand can absorb the selling pressure. If bulls prevail, TIA could reclaim $0.48 and test $0.50 resistance. Conversely, if profit-taking intensifies, the token could fall below $0.40.
