Choice has launched sLINJ, a token that packages looped INJ staking into a single leveraged wrapper, with a target annual percentage yield of approximately 12% paid in INJ. The token was launched on October 30, 2026, and is issued by MidasRWA on Injective EVM.
What sLINJ does
sLINJ, short for Staked Looped INJ, adds a leveraged, looped layer to staking and wraps the position into one token. Holders gain exposure without managing multiple staking positions themselves. The token is available through the Choice platform on Injective EVM, an environment built for Ethereum-style smart contracts.
Users can subscribe with native INJ, which is automatically wrapped, or with WINJ or yINJ.
Target yield and fees
The approximately 12% APY is a target, not a promise, and actual yield could differ. The product carries a 1% annual management fee and a 15% performance fee charged on yield earned. The research behind the launch describes the structure as in line with typical industry standards for such products.
Redemptions
Redemptions follow a two-speed model. Exiting can take roughly three days or happen instantly, depending on how much liquidity is in the vault at the time. Instant withdrawals depend on vault liquidity, so sLINJ should not be treated like cash.
Injective staking wrappers
sLINJ is not Injective’s first staking wrapper and follows earlier efforts involving liquid staking tokens on the network. yINJ is one of the accepted deposit assets, showing how these products are beginning to stack on top of each other. Injective has framed the product as part of a broader push to expand yield options on its chain rather than a one-off listing.
The launch drew little market commentary or visible price reaction, suggesting it is aimed at a specific DeFi audience rather than a mass-market splash. For INJ holders, sLINJ offers a way to seek higher staking returns without building a looped position by hand. The involvement of MidasRWA as issuer shows third-party issuers are building structured products on Injective EVM, rather than everything coming directly from the core network.
