Dogecoin has reached its highest price in three months, trading near the $0.10 mark after a nearly 20% surge over the past week. The cryptocurrency's market capitalization has climbed to approximately $15.2 billion, making it the 12th-largest digital asset by this measure.
Technical analysts have identified mixed signals in the token's price action. Some point to bullish formations, including what they describe as a higher-low structure and positioning against descending resistance levels. If DOGE breaks above $0.22, one analyst suggested momentum could accelerate toward higher resistance zones.
Whale activity has also drawn attention from market observers. Data shows that large holders purchased more than 240 million DOGE within a single week earlier this month. Analysts attribute such accumulations to potential bullish pressure, as reduced available supply combined with steady or rising demand may support price appreciation.
However, exchange data presents a countervailing indicator. CoinGlass metrics show that exchange inflows have recently exceeded outflows, suggesting some investors have moved holdings from self-custody to centralized trading platforms. This shift typically increases selling pressure in the short term.
Price forecasts from analysts vary considerably, with some projecting modest resistance levels in the near term and others maintaining longer-term bullish outlooks. The token faces a critical juncture: a loss of support at current levels could invalidate the bullish setup and trigger a pullback.
