Japan's OKJ to List Midnight's NIGHT Token
Japanese exchange OKJ announced plans to list Midnight's NIGHT token on October 13 at 5 p.m. Japan time. The listing will expand OKJ's supported asset count to 55 and include trading, brokerage purchases, recurring purchases, and deposit and withdrawal functionality, with transfers supported over Cardano. OKJ stated the listing would make it Japan's first crypto exchange to offer NIGHT through order-book trading.
MEXC Removes 14 Perpetual Futures Markets
MEXC announced on October 10 that 14 USDT-margined perpetual futures markets will be removed on October 14 at 7 a.m. UTC. The affected markets include contracts for BOBA, RON, ZBCN, and TFUEL. Upon the deadline, the exchange will cancel outstanding orders and settle remaining positions using fair price at that time. The contracts will also be removed from demo trading and futures grid trading where applicable.
KuCoin Suspends Monero Deposits and Withdrawals
KuCoin announced a temporary suspension of Monero deposits and withdrawals for wallet maintenance on October 10. The exchange said transfers would resume once the work was complete but did not provide a specific reopening timeline.
