Spot exchange-traded funds tracking XRP and Solana experienced sharp declines in weekly inflows, marking a significant pullback from recent investor demand.
XRP ETFs attracted $4.74 million in net inflows for the week, representing a 94% drop from the previous period's $75.59 million. The funds maintained their streak of consecutive green weeks at 12, though daily activity revealed volatility. After $4 million in inflows on Monday, the funds recorded zero flows on Tuesday and Wednesday. Investors added $4.07 million on October 1, but the week ended with $3.28 million in net outflows on Friday—the first red day since September 18.
XRP's price faced rejection at $1.55 and declined to $1.45 during a market-wide correction on Friday, though it has since recovered to trade near $1.50.
Solana ETFs experienced an even steeper decline, with weekly inflows falling from $188.22 million in the previous week to $2.43 million—a drop exceeding 97%. The week began strongly with $12.70 million on Monday and $5.44 million on Tuesday, but reversed course with $11.10 million in net outflows on Wednesday. Thursday brought $5.91 million in inflows, while Friday added $1.30 million to preserve the fund's consecutive positive weeks streak.
SOL's price climbed above $123 midweek before sliding below $118 on Friday's market downturn. The asset has since recovered to near the $129 level.
