If buyers decisively clear $1.55, the higher low structure could help reduce near-term selling pressure and accelerate upside momentum.
Exchange Supply Dynamics
XRP's rally coincides with rising exchange reserves. Binance holdings have increased to approximately 2.68 billion XRP, up from 2.55 billion during the summer decline. As XRP recovered above $1.00, exchange-held supplies approached June levels, suggesting that higher trading activity is drawing additional liquidity back onto centralized exchanges.
Despite rapid turnover increases on Binance, flow data shows no clear evidence of buying pressure. Average daily XRP deposits reached about 663% above the quarterly baseline during active trading sessions, yet rising withdrawals quickly offset the inflows, leaving reserves only 0.22% above baseline.
Recent net flows have turned negative, indicating that traders are repositioning rather than accumulating large quantities of XRP on exchanges. These dynamics suggest active position-switching rather than sustained accumulation or heavy selling pressure.
