BitMine Immersion Technologies (BMNR) reported an Ethereum treasury of 5,956,378 tokens as of September 13, according to a press release and 8-K filing dated September 14. The company's combined crypto, cash, and other holdings totaled $15.8 billion.
The company added 27,180 ETH over the past week, continuing a weekly buying strategy that began on June 30, 2025. BitMine has purchased ethereum every week since the strategy's inception.
BitMine's current holdings represent 4.9% of the 122.0 million ETH in total supply. The company describes its strategy as the "Alchemy of 5%," targeting ownership of 5% of all ether. The company stated it is 98% of the way toward this goal, 15 months into the initiative.
Of its ETH holdings, BitMine stakes 5,067,309 tokens through MAVAN, its in-house Made in America Validator Network established this year. The staked portion represents approximately 85% of the treasury and equals $12.7 billion at BitMine's marked price of $2,513 per token.
Chairman Thomas Lee projected annualized staking revenue at $334 million, with potential to reach $392 million once all ether is fully staked, based on a 2.62% seven-day yield.
Beyond ethereum, BitMine held 212 Bitcoin, a $180 million stake in Beast Industries, and a $98 million stake in Eightco Holdings (ORBS). Total cash and marketable securities stood at $549 million on September 13, down from $593 million the previous week.
BitMine's Ethereum holdings rank first among corporate treasuries and second overall among all crypto treasuries, behind Marathon Strategy (MSTR), which the company said owns 845,080 Bitcoin valued at approximately $71 billion.
